Greeting from the Chamber , this is to inform you that we received a letter by the Council of Saudi Chambers (ش.غ /3269) dated (17/9/1434) referring to the letter of the Ministry of trade and industry (8608/1/9/267/خ) dated( 12/9/134) and referring to the letter from the Minister of Finance (7504) dated (7/9/1434), containing the request to inform importers of milk that baby milk subsidy limited to Customs is a milk flavors added as of the following day to inform importers (30/6/1434) plus the invoices should contain the allotted age and type of additive to milk ,if any. However, it was noted that some of the purchase invoices attached to requests for disbursement of the subsidy does not have higher minimum information on the article.
So the Board wishes all importers of infant formula to describe the allotted age in the purchase invoice for the milk and the type of additive to milk if any,and the percentage offat and protein.
